通过对六所高校开设的四大主干课——无机化学、有机化学、分析化学和物理化学实验教学内容进行对比分析,结果发现,实验教学内容虽存在差异,但大部分实验教学内容相同,反而在实验教学的课时安排上存在很大差异,同时各院校内的四大主干课程的教学实验内容相互之间也存在重复。因此,在当前高校课程优化与变革的同时,一定要规范与优化化学四大主干课程实验教学内容,使之符合现代高校教学发展理念,充分利用好高校资源,为学生提供尽可能多的、良好的实验教学机会。
