知行易径是一套综合性的学习系统,在满足服务对象需要方面,它强调人与环境之间的互动。在医务社会工作者提供的服务中,了解人与环境之间互动的最大目的是从生物医学主导的服务向关注服务对象社会心理需求的转变,以及帮助患者更好地适应因为疾病带给个人及其家庭的改变。本文以一名首诊鼻咽癌患者为例,应用多项应变思维对服务对象的需要进行分析。研究发现,根据知行易径的介入框架,从鼻咽癌患者的需要出发,配合多项应变思维,在提高鼻咽癌患者的适应性和降低焦虑情绪方面有很大改善。
