为实现CAD/CAPP系统的可集成性,首先,从CAD系统中提取信息,进行工艺信息建模,以XML作为系统集成的中间数据,将CAD的信息模型转换成CAPP信息模型,并以XML格式文件的信息模型输入CAPP系统,可以解决网络化集成环境下CAPP系统的集成问题,最后,给出具体实例验证该方法的可行性。
采用CAN总线技术和工程软件技术相结合,通过设计CAN总线适配器及远程测量单元,实现了监控软件和CAN总线网络的信息交换、工业现场模拟量的数字化测量和远程传输,设计完成了电除尘器监控系统,各项性能指标达到了工程的要求。实验证明,该方案效果良好,具有一定的工程应用和推广价值。
