This paper discusses the reasons for the high quality and high yield of flue-cured tobacco from the perspective of the migration and enrichment of elements in carbonate soil. Four typical weathering soil profiles of limestone, argillaceous limestone, dolomite and argillaceous dolomite were selected to test and analyze 38 kinds of elements in four categories, ie, constant, trace, rare earth and rare. According to the calculated leaching value and accumulation value, the migration sequence and accumulation sequence of each weathering section were found. The results of chemical element test in flue-cured tobacco showed that the elements most closely related to the high yield and good quality of flue-cured tobacco were K, Ca and P in trace elements, Sr, Zn and Mo in trace elements, Ce, La and Nd in rare earth elements, Rb. The results of gray correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show that dolomite-derived yellow soil in the Upper Triassic Maocapu Formation is the predominant layer of tobacco growth
