该厂制成一台7205轴承自动装滚子机,它是依据离心、差动、终分配原理制成的。离心就是利用滚子在圆周运动中所具有的惯性力克服滚子累积重力造成的摩擦阻力,使滚子从装滚头槽甩到保持架兜孔里。差动是装滚头与夹头同心旋转,有转速差形成相对转动,使装滚头槽口依次对准保持架各个窗孔,实现单路滚子对多个窗孔的分配。终分配就是滚子运动到终端,在填入保持架窗孔的同时进行直接分配,利用工件本身作为分配计数装置,填满为止。对装滚子机的结构、动作原理及调整作了详细阐述。附图6幅。
