目的:研究盐酸吡硫醇与硫酸镁配伍液的安全性。方法:考察盐酸吡硫醇与硫酸镁配伍在几种注射液中的稳定性,及配伍注射液对实验动物的刺激性减少的效果。结果:盐酸吡硫醇与硫酸镁配伍在几种注射液中溶液的pH、颜色及含量等都无变化,硫酸镁与盐酸吡硫醇最佳摩尔比约为1∶2时,对实验动物刺激性减少的效果较好。结论:盐酸吡硫醇与硫酸镁配伍在几种注射液中是稳定的,配伍注射液可以盐酸吡硫醇减少对实验动物的刺激性。
Objective: To study the safety of pyrithione hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate compatibility liquid. Methods: To investigate the stability of the combination of pyrithione hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate in several injection solutions and the effect of compatibility injection on the irritation reduction of experimental animals. Results: There was no change in the pH, color and content of the solution of pyrithione hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate in several injection solutions. When the optimum molar ratio of magnesium sulfate to pyrithione hydrochloride was about 1: 2, The effect of reducing sex is better. Conclusion: Pyrithione hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate compatibility in several injection is stable, compatible injection of pyrithihydrochloride to reduce the irritation of experimental animals.
