血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)在氧化应激状态下表达明显增加、与心血管炎症相关。其具有①直接抑制致炎因子;②抗氧化应激;③衰减炎症应答,保护心肌细胞。其代谢产物胆绿素、胆红素以及一氧化碳、铁和铁蛋白均有抗炎作用。HO-1很有可能成为治疗心血管疾病的新靶点。
Hemeoxygenase-1 (HO-1) is significantly increased in oxidative stress and is associated with cardiovascular inflammation. It has ① direct inhibition of proinflammatory cytokines; ② anti-oxidative stress; ③ attenuate the inflammatory response, protect myocardial cells. Its metabolites biliverdin, bilirubin and carbon monoxide, iron and ferritin have anti-inflammatory effects. HO-1 is likely to become a new target for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
