文章以喷漆防护涂层的抗腐蚀年限为例阐述试验验证方案设计、试验对象喷漆的工艺方案。试验结果表明,通过合理的喷漆设计方案,喷漆可以保证安全级仪控系统电气设备运行及存储中的环境要求,实现仪控系统中电气设备(机柜、盘台等)的寿命要求。最后,将通过试验验证的防护涂层方案,应用于核电厂安全级仪控系统电气设备的国产化研发中(和睦系统),并顺利通过了一系列鉴定试验,实现了对安全级仪控系统的环境、寿命等防护要求。
The article takes the anti-corrosion life span of paint protective coating as an example to illustrate the scheme of test verification scheme and the process scheme of painting target. The test results show that the spray painting can ensure the environmental requirements for the operation and storage of the electrical equipment in the safety level instrumentation system and realize the life requirements of the electrical equipment (cabinets, trays, etc.) in the instrumentation and control system through a reasonable painting design scheme. Finally, the tested protective coating scheme is applied to the domestic R & D (harmony system) of the electrical equipment of the safety level instrumentation system of the nuclear power plant and passed a series of qualification tests to realize the safety level instrumentation system The environment, life expectancy protection requirements.
