通过对高温下柔性石墨复合垫片的压缩回弹特性、应力松弛特性和基本密封特性的试验研究,推导出高温下法兰连接的变形协调方程。在此基础上进行了系统的紧密性分析,并探讨了工程应用中泄漏量的预测和控制问题。
Through the experimental research on the compression resilience, stress relaxation and basic sealing properties of flexible graphite composite gaskets at high temperature, the deformation coordination equation of the flange connection at high temperature is deduced. On the basis of this, a systematic tightness analysis was carried out and the prediction and control of leakage in engineering application were discussed.
