探讨四君子汤与氟康唑对深部念珠菌病的协同治疗作用及其机制。利用小鼠深部念珠菌病模型 ,观察四君子汤与氟康唑联合应用对小鼠生存率、平均生存天数的影响及肾脏内活菌数和血清内NO、TNF -α含量的变化。联合应用四君子汤与氟康唑能更有效提高感染白色念珠菌小鼠的生存率 ,延长其平均生存天数 ,减少其肾脏内菌数 ,降低由于感染而升高的血清内NO、TNF -α的浓度。四君子汤与氟康唑对深部念珠菌感染有协同治疗作用。其作用可能与四君子汤调节机体免疫 ,降低炎症介质在体内的残留 ,改善过度免疫所造成的病理性损伤有关
To explore the synergistic effect of Sijunzi Decoction and fluconazole on deep candidiasis and its mechanism. Using the mouse model of deep candidiasis, we observed the effects of Sijunzi Decoction combined with fluconazole on the survival rate and the average days of survival of mice, as well as the number of viable cells in the kidney and the changes of NO and TNF-α levels in the serum. The combination of Sijunzi Decoction and fluconazole can effectively increase the survival rate of C. albicans infected mice, prolong the average number of days of survival, reduce the number of bacteria in the kidney, and reduce the increase of NO and TNF-α in serum due to infection. concentration. Sijunzi Decoction and fluconazole have synergistic therapeutic effects on deep Candida infections. Its role may be related to the regulation of body immunity by Sijunzi Decoction, reducing the residual of inflammatory mediators in the body and improving the pathological damage caused by excessive immunity.
