通过对传统钢套箱施工技术的研究,用钢筋混凝土底板代替套箱钢底板,形成一种新型套箱技术——钢-混凝土结合套箱,该技术降低了施工成本,加快了施工进度,缩短工期。此外,由于减少了水上作业工序,也降低了安全管理风险。本文通过底板的荷载分析,截面验算,从力学上满足施工要求,从根本上保证了方案可行;再进一步与传统钢套箱进行了经济、工期和安全的对比,充分展现了钢-混凝土结合套箱的优势,具有较好的应用前景。
