2013年,国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目“生物甲烷系统中若干过程高效转化的基础研究”正式由科技部批准立项。迄今以南京工业大学陆小华教授为首席科学家的包括全国八所高校和研究机构在内的973项目团队,在生物甲烷高效转化研究领域开展研究,取得了系列成果。这次《化工学报》以专刊的形式,邀请该973项目团队及国内相关专家介绍我国在该领域的工作状况,是一件很有意义的事情,值得其他973项目借鉴。目前,减少二氧化碳排放、降低温室效应已成为人们的共识。但如何减排尚存在争议。
In 2013, the State Key Basic Research Development Program (973 Program) project “Basic Research on Some Process-efficient Transformation in Biomethane Systems” was officially approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. So far, the 973 project team led by Professor Lu Xiaohua, a professor at Nanjing University of Technology, as chief scientist, including eight universities and research institutes across the country, has conducted research in the field of high-efficiency biomethane conversion and has achieved a series of results. The “Journal of Chemical Industry” in the form of a special issue, invite the 973 project team and domestic experts to introduce China’s work in this area, is a very interesting thing worthy of other 973 projects for reference. At present, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and reducing greenhouse effect has become the consensus. But how to reduce emissions is still controversial.
