采取模压成型的方式制备发泡天然橡胶复合材料,以相容性技术和硫化与发泡匹配机理为基础,分析了不同弹性体和LDPE对天然橡胶发泡质量及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:弹性体与LDPE的加入使得发泡天然橡胶复合材料的泡孔结构发生明显的变化,在天然橡胶中添加EVA所形成的发泡复合材料,其发泡质量较理想,泡孔直径最小为114.83μm,泡孔密度最大为每立方厘米达4.17×106个;对于力学性能,天然橡胶中添加BR所形成的发泡复合材料综合性能较好,其邵氏硬度15,压缩永久变形3.56%,冲击回弹性55%。从发泡质量和力学性能的角度来看,天然橡胶中添加EVA适合于发泡天然橡胶制品的开发。
The foamed natural rubber composites were prepared by compression molding. Based on the compatible technology and matching mechanism of vulcanization and foaming, the influence laws of different elastomers and LDPE on foaming quality and mechanical properties of natural rubber were analyzed. The results showed that the addition of elastomer and LDPE resulted in a significant change of the cell structure of the foamed natural rubber composites. The addition of EVA into the natural rubber had the best foam quality and the smallest cell diameter Is 114.83μm, the cell density is up to 4.17 × 106 per cubic centimeter. For the mechanical properties, the foamed composite formed by adding BR into natural rubber has better comprehensive properties, its Shore hardness is 15 and the compression set is 3.56% , Impact resilience 55%. From the perspective of foaming quality and mechanical properties, the addition of EVA to natural rubber is suitable for the development of foamed natural rubber products.
