为了改进枪筒的涂色质量和节约稀缺和昂贵的有机物质,苏联研究成功了使用无机盐混合物进行有色淬火的方法。无机盐混合物成分是:50~80%粒状过磷酸钙,20~35%二氧化硅和≤10%木炭。混合物的颗粒尺寸以0.5~15毫米范围内为宜。
In order to improve the barrel color rendering quality and save scarcity of expensive organic matter, the Soviet Union successfully investigated the use of inorganic salt mixture quenching method. The inorganic salt composition is 50-80% particulate calcium superphosphate, 20-35% silica and ≤10% charcoal. The particle size of the mixture is preferably in the range of 0.5-15 mm.
