近几年,随着中小学教材市场化的逐步深入,越来越多的出版社进入到教材市场的竞争,更多的编辑人员由一般图书编辑转做教材编辑。于是,近来不断见到报刊上有关于如何做好教材编辑的讨论。这些文章出于对工作的研究,对于编辑角色的转换、工作内容及性质的差异、教材的性质等问题进行了深入细致的分析,读后确实给人以启发。现不揣冒昧,从工作实践中抽象出内外两方面感触,来谈一下教材编辑的修养。
In recent years, with the gradual deepening of the marketization of primary and secondary school teaching materials, more and more publishers have entered the competition in the textbook market. More editors have shifted from general book editors to textbook editors. As a result, I have seen the press continue to have discussions on how to compile textbooks recently. These articles give an in-depth and detailed analysis of issues such as the study of work, the change of editors’ roles, the content and nature of work, the nature of teaching materials, and so on. Now do not guess, from the practice of abstract both inside and outside feelings, to talk about the compilation of textbook editors.
