对１５例胆囊上皮不典型增生，１９例腺瘤，２４例腺癌的ｐ１６蛋白表达进行免疫组化研究。发现腺癌和腺瘤伴上皮不典型增生阳性表达率高。而腺瘤不伴上皮不典型增生表达率低，二者差异有显著性。提示ｐ１６蛋白检测有助于胆囊癌的癌前期的辅助诊断
The expression of p16 protein in 15 cases of gallbladder epithelium atypical hyperplasia, 19 cases of adenoma, and 24 cases of adenocarcinoma was studied by immunohistochemistry. It was found that the positive rate of adenocarcinoma and adenoma with epithelial dysplasia was high. The adenomas were not associated with epithelial dysplasia with low expression rates. The difference was significant. Suggests that the detection of p16 protein contributes to the precancerous diagnosis of gallbladder cancer
