目的探讨三维超声表面成像对胎儿颜面部少见畸形的诊断方法和价值。方法对11300例2011年3月至2012年3月孕16~37周的产妇常规行胎儿颜面部结构的三维超声成像。结果全部胎儿中发现颜面部少见畸形34例,检出率为0.3%,其中包括先天性白内障3例,胎儿小眼畸形7例,无眼畸形(病理为隐眼畸形)1例,单鼻孔11例,无鼻3例,口腔寄生胎3例,颜面部咸涎腺细胞瘤1例,外耳畸形5例,均经引产或出生后证实。结论三维超声能直观显示胎儿的颜面部结构,是诊断胎儿颜面部畸形的首选方法,产前进行常规的超声检查具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic methods and value of three-dimensional ultrasonic surface imaging on rare facial deformities in fetus. Methods Three hundred and threey-three-dimensional ultrasound images of fetal facial structures of maternal mothers from March 2011 to March 2012 at 16 to 37 weeks were collected. Results In all fetus, 34 cases of rare deformities were found in the facial area with a detection rate of 0.3%, including 3 cases of congenital cataract, 7 cases of small ocular malformations, 1 case of no ocular deformities (pathological crypto-deformities), 1 Cases, no nose in 3 cases, 3 cases of oral parasitized fetal salivary gland tumor in the facial salivary gland tumors in 1 case, 5 cases of external ear deformities were confirmed by induction of labor or after birth. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound can visualize the facial structure of the fetus. It is the first choice for the diagnosis of fetal facial deformity. Conventional ultrasound examination before delivery has important clinical significance.
