This article mainly introduces the implementation of communication interface software between 372 0 ACM power monitor and thermal power plant distributed data acquisition system. The software in WINDOWS95 / NT software environment with DELPHI language developed. The software follows the 372 0 ACM communication protocol and uses a multithreaded working mode to run the computer CPU in a high-efficiency state
