平等权是我国宪法规定的一项基本人权,平等权的表现形式之一就是男女就业平等。一直以来,由于种种原因妇女的就业形势就不容乐观,在职场中也屡遭不公平对待。在国家提出“全面二孩”政策的大背景下,妇女作为这个政策的直接关系人,她们的就业不平等现象会更加凸显,国家在这个政策背景下还没有出台相应的法律法规来保障妇女的平等就业权。把全面二孩政策与妇女平等就业权相联系起来进行研究可以发现妇女的平等就业权中存在的新问题并提出相应的解决措施。
