实验在42只乌拉坦麻醉的SD大鼠上进行。用细胞外记录方法引导海马CA3区诱发放电,探讨向CA3区内微量注射不同剂量铝对诱发的群体锋电位(PS)的影响。结果:①不同剂量铝对PS波幅的影响不同,0.1和0.25mol/L AICI_3对PS无明显作用;0.5、1.0和2.0mol/L的AICI_3均可使PS波幅显著减小,且呈剂量-效应关系。②高渗盐水(2.0mol/L)和不同pH值(分别为6.4、3~4和7~8)的等渗盐水分别注入CA3区(均为1μl),诱发的PS幅度均无明显的改变。表明一定剂量的铝具有抑制CA3区PS波幅的作用,铝可能是抑制CA3区的突触传递过程。
The experiment was performed on 42 uratan anesthetized SD rats. The extracellular recording method was used to induce the induced discharge in hippocampal CA3 region and the effect of microinjection of different doses of aluminum into CA3 on induced population spike potential (PS). Results: ① Different doses of aluminum had different effects on PS amplitude. 0.1 and 0.25mol / L AICI_3 had no significant effect on PS; 0.5,1.0 and 2.0mol / L of AICI_3 significantly decreased PS amplitude, and showed dose-response relationship. (2) Hypertonic saline (2.0mol / L) and isotonic saline with different pH values (6.4, 3.4 and 7-8 respectively) were injected into CA3 area . The results showed that a certain dose of aluminum inhibited the amplitude of PS in CA3 area, and aluminum might inhibit the synaptic transmission in CA3 area.
