观察了二甲亚砜(DMSO)的抗庆大霉素(GM)所致豚鼠耳蜗损伤及抗脂质过氧化作用.结果表明,DMSO能显著改善GM所致耳蜗听功能及毛细胞超微结构的损伤,升高耳蜗超氧化物歧化酶活性,减少丙二醛生成.提示由氧自由基所致的脂质过氧化可能是GM耳蜗毒性机理之一,GMSO对GM耳蜗毒性的保护作用与保护氧自由基清除酶的活性,防止膜脂质过氧化有关
The effects of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) on gentamicin-induced cochlear damage and anti-lipid peroxidation in guinea pigs were observed. The results showed that DMSO could significantly improve the auditory function of cochlear and the ultrastructure of hair cells induced by GM, increase the activity of cochlea superoxide dismutase and decrease the formation of malondialdehyde. It is suggested that the lipid peroxidation induced by oxygen free radicals may be one of the mechanisms of GM cochlear toxicity. The protective effect of GMSO on GM cochlea toxicity is related to the activity of protecting oxygen free radical scavengers and preventing membrane lipid peroxidation
