静电处理可提高种子活力与产量

活力(Vigor)表示种子的健壮度,是一种比生活力(发芽率)更能准确而有效的表征种子质量的指标,在国内外受到重视、研究与推广。有许多事例表明,已劣变但发芽率尚可达80—85%的种子,播种后田间出苗率极低,一般低于10%,不能用于生产。优质的种子是提高产量的必要条件,已知活力高的种子可能比活力低的种子增产5—40%。据测算,我国每年因种子活力下降而损失的农作物产值达几十亿元。因此,采取适当措施在播种前对种子进行处理,以提高活力是农作物增产的重要手段。在一般情况下,种子成熟过程干物质积累达最大时活力最高,其后随贮存时间的延长及采收、贮存、运输条件的影响,活力是要逐步下降的,尤其是寿命短及贮存条件恶劣和贮存时间过 Vigor indicates the robustness of seeds and is an indicator of seed quality that is more accurate and effective than viability (germination rate) and is valued at home and abroad for research and promotion.
