为解决我国高寒地区牲畜越冬和蔬菜生产问题,1984年中国农业工程研究设计院试制了GP—D725—ZH型棚(见图)。这种综合棚适合于农畜共用:棚的前部,即塑料棚部分主要用于种植蔬菜,后部砖砌圈舍部分用于养畜禽。塑料棚采用防老化薄膜覆盖,具有良好的保温性能。棚顶设有防冻天窗,利于通风换气和降低棚内湿度。热源取自太阳能和生物自体散热,以解决牲畜的保温和蔬菜所需的热能,并可利用牲畜呼出CO_2,给蔬菜进行施肥。这是一项在高寒地区塑料棚圈中,不用或少用常规能源的新尝试。该棚采用的钢管和装配件,以及热浸镀锌工艺,都与GP25系列棚相同,符合国家标准。
In order to solve the problem of livestock overwintering and vegetable production in the alpine region of China, China Agricultural Engineering Research and Design Institute trial-produced the GP-D725-ZH type shed in 1984 (see photo). This integrated shed suitable for farming livestock and poultry: shed the front, that is, part of the plastic shed is mainly used for planting vegetables, the rear part of brick pens used for raising livestock. Plastic shed with anti-aging film coverage, with good insulation properties. Roof with antifreeze skylight, conducive to ventilation and reduce shed humidity. The heat source is taken from the solar energy and biological self-radiating to solve the heat insulation of livestock and the heat energy required by the vegetables. The livestock can also exhale CO_2 to fertilize the vegetables. This is a new attempt to reduce or eliminate the use of conventional energy in plastic sheds in alpine areas. The shed used steel pipes and fittings, and hot-dip galvanizing process, are the same with the shed GP25 series, in line with national standards.
