通过对浙江省高职旅游教师教学效能现状和影响因素的统计分析。研究发现浙江高职旅游教师总的教学效能处于中上等水平,从教学效能各层面来看,教学策略效能层面平均值最高,其次为学生参与效能层面,班级经营效能层面平均值最低。浙江高职旅游教师感知到影响其教学效能的主要因素有教师专业自主的程度、旅游教学的兴趣、任教意愿和收入待遇。
Through the statistical analysis of the status quo and influential factors of tourism teachers’ teaching effectiveness in Zhejiang Province. The study finds that the total teaching efficiency of tourism teachers in higher vocational schools in Zhejiang is at the upper secondary level. From all aspects of teaching effectiveness, the average level of teaching strategies is the highest, followed by the level of student participation and the lowest level of class management. Zhejiang higher vocational tourism teachers perceived the main factors affecting the effectiveness of their teaching teachers degree of autonomy, tourism teaching interest, willingness to teach and income treatment.
