天荒坪抽水蓄能电站1号上游输水系统是我国目前水头最高的大直径水工隧洞,一洞三机式布置,承受的最大静水头为680m,充水分7个阶段进行,第1~第5阶段充水速率为10m/h,第6、7阶段各分2个小台阶,充水速率为5m/h。排水分3个阶段,采用压力表和压力变送器共同监测水道内水压力。由于采取的充排水程序合理、措施得当,充排水试验获得了成功,水道设计、施工、安装质量经受住了初步考验。
