茶叶是歙县主要栽培的经济植物之一,该县年产干茶1万t以上,茶叶收入是农民的重要经济来源。但是,在全县1.9万hm~2茶园中,坡地(5°以上)茶园有1.7万hm~2,其中40%~50%为低产茶园。这些茶园因坡陡棵稀,水土流失严重,土壤肥力下降,造成茶棵萎衰,单产低而不稳,严重制约着歙县经济的发展。如何控制坡地茶园的水土流失,并使之发挥最大的经济效能,是该县茶叶生产中亟待解决的一个问题。为探索坡地低产茶园的改造途径,我站从1985年开始,对等高条播密植茶园的水保、经济效益进行了为期7年的试验研究。
Tea is one of the major cultivated economic plants in Shexian County. The county produces over 10,000 tons of dry tea annually, and tea income is an important economic source for farmers. However, of the 19,000 hm ~ 2 tea farms in the county, there are 17,000 hm ~ 2 of tea plantations on the slopes (above 5 °), of which 40% ~ 50% are low-yielding tea gardens. These tea farms due to steep slopes, serious soil erosion, soil fertility decline, resulting in decline tea, low yield and instability, seriously restricting the economic development in Shexian County. How to control the slope soil tea and soil erosion, and make it to maximize economic efficiency, is the county tea production in a problem to be solved. In order to explore ways to transform low-yielding tea plantations on sloping land, we started a pilot study on water conservation and economic benefits of the contour high-density tea plantations in 1985 for a period of seven years.
