为了获得人体膝关节生物力学特性参数及猕猴和人体膝关节间耐受性的传递关系,分别进行了10例离体的人体和猕猴膝关节扭转和张力实验。结果表明:人体膝关节的破坏扭矩为69.9±9.7Nm,破坏张力为1412±117N。人和猕猴膝关节发生扭转和拉伸损伤时的平均载荷传递比分别为8.6和1.3。
In order to obtain the biomechanical parameters of the human knee and the transmission relationship between the tolerance of the human and the rhesus monkey, ten knee and torsion tests of human and rhesus monkeys in vitro were carried out respectively. The results showed that the damage torque of knee joint was 69.9 ± 9.7Nm and the failure tension was 1412 ± 117N. The mean load transfer ratios for torsion and tensile damage of human and macaque knee joints were 8.6 and 1.3, respectively.
