锅炉锅筒就地高读水位计因冷却造成的负误差随汽压升高而加大,低置水位计不准、易失灵是一个长期困扰锅炉用户的老大难问题,严重危及锅炉安全生产和降耗节能。 笔者在查阅国内外有关锅筒水位测量优秀技术成果的基础上,消化吸收,消缺优化,工业试验,终于研制成功“双容器差压平衡容器”——(2U-PF)和“双容器电极差压组合式水位测量装置”——(T2U-PF/DJ)。前者用于和各种差压型二次仪表配套,后者能同时与差压型和电极型二次仪表配套。测量锅筒内既不夹带“汽泡”又无“过冷度”的理论重度饱和水位,又称近真实水位。
