王69区块下部主力产层压力比较高,而与主力产层以上层位孔隙压力相对较低又同处一裸眼内,钻井施工中容易造成井漏、井塌等复杂情况。分析认为钻井施工最大的问题是:技术套管设计下深少,不能封隔同一裸眼内的高、低压同存的难题。为此,研发了一套:强抑制包被+随钻封堵+物理化学封固+有效应力支撑[1]等具有多元协同作用,随钻承压能力强的钻井液技术。通过应用证明该技术能提高漏失压力和破裂压力梯度,扩大安全生产的钻井液密度窗口,解决了该区块同一裸眼井段内,不同压力层系共存,易发生的漏失、坍塌和油气层损害等技术难题,提高了生产时效,取得了很好的经济效益,并且具有广泛的应用前景。

Through the application of this technology, it is proved that the technology can increase the leakage pressure and the fracture pressure gradient and enlarge the drilling fluid density window of safe production so as to solve the problems of the coexistence of different pressure layers in the same open-hole section of the block, easy occurrence of leakage, collapse and hydrocarbon damage And other technical problems, improve the production timeliness and achieved good economic benefits, and has a wide range of applications.
