研究了轧制温度(350、400、450℃)对应力应变及损伤因子的影响规律。利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟了铝箔坯料的热轧过程。分析了轧件表面不同位置点的应力应变以及损伤因子。结果表明,轧制温度对应变的影响较小,轧制温度450℃时等效应力和损伤因子最小。
The effects of rolling temperature (350, 400 and 450 ℃) on stress, strain and damage factor were studied. The DEFORM-3D finite element software was used to simulate the hot rolling process of aluminum foil blank. The stress, strain and damage factors at different points on the rolling surface are analyzed. The results show that the rolling temperature has little effect on the strain, and the equivalent stress and damage factor are the least when the temperature is 450 ℃.
