微量元素锌、铜对儿童生长发育有重要的生理功能,为此我们对沙县城、乡小学学生血中微量元素锌、铜含量进行测定.1 调查方法1.1 调查对象 选择城区(城三小学)和农村(大洛中心小学)各1所小学,随机分别抽取1~6年级学生280名和153名手指末端微量血50μl.1.2 微量血锌、铜分析 采用电位溶出分析法(DPSA—2型溶出仪山东电讯七厂).判断标准:锌含量(μg/dl)大于1200为正常;1200~为轻度缺乏;900~600为中度缺乏;小于600为重度缺乏.铜含量(μg/dl)大于170为正常;170~为轻度缺乏;120~80为中度缺乏;小于80为重度缺乏.(为参考标准)
Trace elements zinc and copper have an important physiological function on the growth and development of children. Therefore, we measured the contents of trace elements zinc and copper in the blood of Shaxian city and township primary school students.1 Survey Methods1. One primary school in rural (Daluo Central Primary School) was randomly selected from 280 students in Grade 1 to Grade 6 and 153 students with 50 microsex blood trace amount of zinc in the end of each finger. Copper analysis was performed by potentiometric stripping analysis (DPSA-2 dissolution apparatus, Shandong Telecommunication seven plants.) Criteria: zinc content (μg / dl) greater than 1200 is normal; 1200 ~ mild deficiency; 900-600 moderate lack of less than 600 for severe deficiency copper content (μg / dl) greater than 170 170 to mildly deficient, 120 to 80 moderately deficient and less than 80 severe deficiencies (reference standard)
