介绍了预处理-A/O-絮凝沉淀-BAF工艺在甲醇生产废水处理工程中的应用。含氰废水中CN-质量浓度较高,通过氯碱反应将废水中90%以上的CN-去除;稳定运行时A/O系统抗冲击负荷能力较强,对COD的去除率达到95%以上,对氨氮的去除率保持在90%左右;BAF出水水质达到并优于设计指标,运行情况较好。工程运行表明,该系统处理效果好、性能稳定、维护管理方便,对同类型废水的处理有一定的借鉴意义。
The application of pretreatment-A / O-flocculation-BAF process in the treatment of methanol production wastewater was introduced. The cyanide-containing wastewater has a high concentration of CN-, and can remove more than 90% of the CN- in the wastewater through the chlor-alkali reaction. The A / O system has a strong anti-impact load in a stable operation and has a COD removal efficiency of over 95% Ammonia nitrogen removal rate remained at about 90%; BAF effluent quality reached and better than the design indicators, the operation is better.
