为进一步深化人事管理体制改革,完善用人机制和分配机制,建设一支高素质的干部队伍,陕西省图书馆于近期实行了中层管理干部与员工两级岗位聘任制。4月14日,省馆召开全员岗位聘任实施工作动员大会,会后成立了陕西省图书馆全员岗位聘任工作办公室,首先开始进行中层管理干部的岗位聘任。报名参加中层管理岗位竞争的共有35人,分别竞争14个部门的28个岗位。
In order to further deepen the reform of the personnel management system, improve the employment mechanism and the distribution mechanism, and build a contingent of highly qualified cadres, Shaanxi Provincial Library recently implemented the appointment system for middle-level management cadres and employees at two levels. On April 14, the provincial department held a job mobilization meeting to appoint and remunerate all staff members. After the meeting, an appointment office was set up for all staff in the Shaanxi Provincial Library. At first, the appointment of mid-level managerial cadres was started. A total of 35 people enrolled in competition for middle management positions competed for 28 positions in 14 departments respectively.
