鉴于水泵吸水管进口的悬空高度对水泵的进水流态和工作效率的影响,运用三维紊流模拟技术建立了雷诺时均N-S方程和连续性方程,将流速均匀度和水泵流量作为水泵性能评估的目标函数,采用基于标准κ-ε模型和水、气两相流VOF方法,对水泵进水池的不同悬空高度进行了模拟,分析了不同悬空高度下进水池的流动特性,揭示了进水池水流流动的水力性能差异。
Considering the effect of the height of the inlet of the pump suction pipe on the inflow status and working efficiency of the pump, the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the continuity equation were established by using the three-dimensional turbulence simulation technique. The flow velocity uniformity and pump flow rate were evaluated as the pump performance The objective function is to simulate the different dangling height of the pump inlet basin based on the standard κ-ε model and the water-gas two-phase flow VOF method.
