本文应用单克隆抗体和免疫酶标技术,分析了30例各类型麻风皮损(包括TT6例、BT4例、BB1例,BL6例及LL13例)内Leu4、OKT4、及OKT8细胞的数量及其分布特点,发现Leu4细胞在TT数量较多,并多分布在肉芽肿周围,而在LL则量少而(氵弥)漫分散于病灶内。OKT 4/OKT8平均比值从TT端移行至LL时呈逐渐下降趋势。而LL的OKT8细胞相对增多。TT及BT尚见OKT4与OKT8细胞分布上呈分离现象。这些均说明TT及BT病变免疫反应较明显。本文尚发现表皮与毛囊内有OKT 4及OKT 8细胞浸润、较多见于TT及BT、但OKT 8细胞浸润较多见于LL,对其意义亦加以讨论
In this paper, the number and distribution of Leu4, OKT4 and OKT8 cells in 30 leprosy lesions of all kinds (including TT6, BT4, BB1, BL6 and LL13) were analyzed by monoclonal antibody and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Leu4 cells were found in more number of TT, and more in the distribution around the granuloma, but less in the LL and (Mi Mi) scattered in the lesion. The average ratio of OKT 4 / OKT8 is gradually decreasing from TT to LL. LL OKT8 cells relative increase. TT and BT still see OKT4 and OKT8 cells were isolated on the phenomenon. All of these indicate that TT and BT lesion immune response is more obvious. This article still found in the epidermis and hair follicles with OKT 4 and OKT 8 cell infiltration, more common in TT and BT, but more OKT 8 cell infiltration found in LL, its significance is also discussed
