并购和联盟是通过获取外部资源实现企业成长的两种战略途径。面对激烈的市场竞争,近年来有的集装箱班轮公司纷纷组成战略联盟,有的实行兼并和收购。如何进行联盟和并购的抉择已成为集装箱班轮公司越来越重要的战略决策。本文从环境特性、企业特性和交易特性等三个维度,结合集装箱班轮行业的特点,提出了集装箱班轮企业选择外部成长战略的分析框架。
M & A and alliances are two strategic ways to achieve business growth by acquiring external resources. Faced with fierce market competition, in recent years, some container liner companies have formed strategic alliances and some have implemented mergers and acquisitions. How to make alliances and mergers and acquisitions has become an increasingly important strategic decision for container liner companies. In this paper, from the three dimensions of environmental characteristics, business characteristics and transaction characteristics, combined with the characteristics of container liner industry, this paper puts forward an analytical framework for selecting container liner companies’ external growth strategy.
