一、医院药剂科(室)职工奖金分配机制的内涵 医院药房包括门诊药房、住院部药房和中药房,是药剂科重要组成部分,处在直接为病人服务的前沿地位,药房工作的服务对象的病人,其客体对象是药品,具有商品交换的一般特性。同其它科室相比,药房工作更具商品经济属性,是医院各科室中比较典型的经济实体。在社会主义有计划商品经济条件下,医院药房作为相对独立的经济实体,应该同其他经济实体一样,受一般经济机制的制约和支配。同理,药房职工奖金的分配也必然受着动力机制、约束机制和调控机制的共同制约。上述三种机制集中体现在奖金分配上的责、权、利的高度统一上面。其中与“利益”相对应的是动力机制,与“权力”相对应的是调控机制,与
