科研机构竞争力评价有利于科研机构的长期规划、资源配置、战略定位以及科技评价。基于文献计量学定律、相关指标,探讨文献计量学在科研竞争力评价中的应用。采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式对科研竞争力的科研投入和科研产出进行评价并介绍几种常用的引文分析工具,如WOS、ESI、CSCD及TDA专利分析软件。 The evaluation of the competitiveness of research institutes is conducive to the long-term planning of scientific research institutions, the allocation of resources, strategic positioning and scientific and technological evaluation. Based on the law of bibliometrics and related indexes, this paper discusses the application of bibliometrics in the evaluation of scientific research competitiveness. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to evaluate the scientific input and output of scientific research and introduce several commonly used citation analysis tools such as WOS, ESI, CSCD and TDA patent analysis software.
