社会化阅读全新的内容生产与互动机制,使阅读行为从对作品单纯的消费性使用转变为传播性使用、创作性使用的多元融合.从而引发诸多版权新问题。这些问题的本质并不是简单的侵权纠纷,而是文化生产方式多元化引发的市场竞争,问题解决主要在于市场而非法律。具体而言,针对人人互动与版权许可效率的矛盾,应发展在线许可和开放许可创造自由有序的许可市场。针对人机互动的内容聚合服务与传统商业模式的冲突,可创新商业性合作协议以构建新商业模式。
