江总书记“三个代表”重要思想最根本的出发点和落脚点，就是“始终代表中国最广大人民群众的根本利益”，他再次强调了“全心全意为人民服务”这一党的根本宗旨。而为人民服务，为社会服务，为经济建设服务却又是我们人事工作的出发点和落脚点，与“三个代表”重要思想的要求?
General Secretary Jiang’s fundamental thinking on the important thinking of the three represents the fundamental starting point and the ultimate goal of “always representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people.” He once again stressed the fundamental purpose of the party that “wholeheartedly serves the people”. Serving the people, serving the community and serving the economic construction is yet the starting point and ending point of our personnel work and the requirements of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’
