“开裂压力”是预应力混凝土输水管的一项基本力学强度指标,为此,探讨一下衡量压力水管工作能力的“开裂压力”计算公式,是十分必要的。本文论述了现在一般应用的计算公式,应用中存在的问题,即影响开裂压力试验的许多不可忽视的因素。文中,从区别于开裂压力的概念出发,以管体实际工作情况为依据(即把外力转换为相应的内水压力),建立了压力水管“检验压力”的计算公式,用以代换沿用的“开裂压力”计算公式,作为检验、量度管子在内外荷载共同工作下的承载能力的依据。并计算出各种规格、类型的压力管,在不同复土深度下的“检验压力数据表”,供生产及建设单位参考。
“Cracking pressure” is a basic mechanical strength index of prestressed concrete pipe.
