目的探讨影响测定消毒剂中过氧化氢含量不确定度的主要因素。方法根据测定方法建立数学模型,对不确定度分量逐一进行分析计算。结果消毒剂中过氧化氢的含量为32.2g/L,扩展不确定度为0.29 g/L。含量测定全过程产生的总体相对标准不确定度为0.004 8,其中测定样品时消耗滴定液体积的相对标准不确定度为0.002 8,样品重复测定的相对标准不确定度为0.002 4,用10 ml移液管取样时产生的不确定度为0.001 9。结论测定样品时消耗滴定液体积的不确定度分量所占比重最大,应该规范操作,才能保证测量结果的可靠性。
Objective To explore the main factors affecting the uncertainty of the determination of hydrogen peroxide in disinfectants. Methods According to the determination method, a mathematical model was established to analyze and calculate the components of uncertainty one by one. Results The content of hydrogen peroxide in disinfectant was 32.2g / L with an extended uncertainty of 0.29 g / L. The overall relative standard uncertainty of the whole process of content determination is 0.004 8, the relative standard uncertainty of the volume of titrant consumed when determining the sample is 0.002 8, the relative standard uncertainty of repeated sample determination is 0.002 4, The uncertainty of pipette sampling was 0.001 9. Conclusion The uncertainty of the volume of titrant consumed in the determination of the sample accounts for the largest proportion and should be standardized to ensure the reliability of the measurement results.
