我院自1973年以来,在3121例纤维胃镜检查中发现胃癌115例(占3.68％),其中经胃镜活检病理学证实者73例,手术证明者77例,另11例经内窥镜、临床及X线检查诊断为胃癌。 所用窥镜有GIF-D_2、GIF-k、JF-B_2、xw-Ⅱ以及xw-Ⅰ等类型。 患者年龄以41～65岁者最多(占84.34％);30岁以下者5例(占4.35)％。早期胃癌8例中6例在50岁以上,中期胃癌5例中4例在50岁以上。男女性别之比为90:25(3.6:1)。早期胃癌中男性7例,女性1例。
In our hospital, since 1973, 115 cases of gastric cancer (3.68%) have been found in 3121 cases of gastroscopy. Among them, 73 cases were confirmed by gastroscope biopsy pathology, 77 cases were proved by surgery, and 11 cases were endoscopically and clinically diagnosed. X-ray examination and diagnosis of gastric cancer. The speculum used includes GIF-D_2, GIF-k, JF-B_2, xw-II, and xw-I. Patients aged 41-65 years were the most (84.34%); 5 patients (4.35%) were younger than 30 years old. Of the 8 patients with early gastric cancer, 6 were over 50 years old, and 5 of the 5 patients with intermediate gastric cancer were over 50 years old. The ratio of male to female is 90:25 (3.6:1). There are 7 males and 1 females in early gastric cancer.
