从法国梧桐树上分离获得了一株野生食用菌菌株,命名为YW-2,对其分类地位和主要生物学特性进行了研究,并开展了驯化栽培试验。该菌株在分类上属于茶树菇(Agrocybeae-gerita),其生物学特性表现为:菌丝最适合生长温度范围25~30℃,最适生长pH为自然,最适合子实体生长温度范围15~25℃,出菇温度范围6~28℃。驯化栽培结果表明:最佳母种培养基是PDA加富培养基;最佳原种和栽培种配方为玉米粒培养基,大生产配方为棉籽壳40%、木屑38%,辅料22%,其生物学效率达94%。
A strain of wild edible fungus was isolated from Sycamore tree and named YW-2. Its taxonomic status and major biological characteristics were studied, and domestication and cultivation experiments were carried out. The strain belongs to Agrocybeae-gerita and its biological characteristics are as follows: the mycelium is most suitable for the growth temperature range of 25-30 ° C, the optimum growth pH is natural, and the most suitable fruiting body growth temperature range is 15-25 ℃, fruiting temperature range 6 ~ 28 ℃.
