目的:建立参茸健脾胶囊中10-羟基-2-癸烯酸的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用Agilent 1100 DAD高效液相色谱仪,Agilent Extend C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈?0.1%磷酸(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长为207nm,流速1mL/min。结果:10-羟基-2-癸烯酸在0.0354～0.4243μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=1.9%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,适用于参茸健脾胶囊中10-羟基-2-癸烯酸的定量测定,有利于控制参茸健脾胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid in Shenrong Jianpi capsules. Method: Agilent 1100 DAD HPLC, Agilent Extend C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (23:77) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 207nm, flow rate at 1mL/min. Results: The linear relationship of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid was good in the range of 0.0354-0.4243 μg (r=0.9995). The average recovery was 100.6% and the RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quantitative determination of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid in Ginseng Jianpi Capsules and is beneficial to controlling the quality of Shenrong Jianpi Capsules.
