最近发现,造血基质祖细胞是构成造血微环境的主要成分,具有调节造血机能、促进造血再建的重要功能。但对其能否经血循环迁移尚有争论,以至影响到造血疾病的有效治疗。为此,本文观察了造血基质祖细胞在局部照射后骨髓中含量变化的规律及其与血液中含量变化的关系。得出结论为,造血基质祖细胞是可经血循环向造血组织中迁移的。本实验为广泛利用造血基质促进造血功能的恢复创造了条件。
Recently found that hematopoietic progenitor cells constitute the main components of hematopoietic microenvironment, with the regulation of hematopoietic function, and promote the important function of hematopoietic reconstruction. However, there is still controversy over whether it can migrate through the bloodstream and even affect the effective treatment of hematopoietic diseases. To this end, the article observed the hematopoietic progenitor cells in the local changes in the content of bone marrow and its relationship with changes in blood levels. It is concluded that hematopoietic progenitor cells migrate into hematopoietic tissue through the blood circulation. This experiment for the extensive use of hematopoietic matrix to promote the recovery of hematopoiesis to create the conditions.
