妊娠期输尿管结石临床较少见,发病率约为1/2500～1/15000〔1〕。肾绞痛发作对于妊娠的影响较大,不恰当的治疗会导致流产、早产等母婴严重的并发症,妊娠中晚期的解剖和生理变化很大,且需顾及对胎儿的潜在影响,治疗上非常棘手。我院于2004-07-2012-09急诊行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗妊娠中晚期输尿管结石13例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2004-07-2012-09妊娠合并输尿管结石患者
