一、概述 随着现代工业的高速发展,运转机械的高速化、小型化,以及结构的轻薄化等趋势,势必加剧其振动和噪声。如高速机噪声的响度几乎是低速机的一倍。图1(a)为舰船机舱中测得的高、低速柴油机的空气噪声。由于入耳对于中、高频范围内(约100~3200赫)的声音敏感,由图1可知人对此频段的响度感受相差一倍。图1(b)是在它们的机座上测得的结构噪声(即固体声)。显然,高速机在结构中引起的中,高频固体声亦大。因此,无论对其空气噪声和固体声都必须采取有效的控制措施。
First, an overview With the rapid development of modern industry, running machinery speed, miniaturization, and the trend of light and thin structure is bound to exacerbate its vibration and noise. As the ear for the medium and high frequency range (about 100 ~ 3200 Hz) sound sensitive, we can see from Figure 1, the frequency range of people feel a double difference. Figure 1 (b) is the structural noise measured on their stand (ie, solid sound). Obviously, the high-speed machine in the structure caused by medium and high-frequency solid sound is also large. Therefore, effective control measures must be taken both for airborne noise and for solid sound.
