职工教育是一个充满矛盾的运动过程,对我们职教工作者来说,时时刻刻都要用辩证的观点去分析问题,解决问题。本文试图揭示当今职工教育存在的种种矛盾以及它们形成的原因,用唯物辩证法的观点加以分析,从中找出解决问题的具体途径和方法,以期对职工教育工作的顺利开展有所裨益。
Staff education is a process of movement that is full of contradictions. For our vocational workers, we always use a dialectical viewpoint to analyze and solve problems. This paper attempts to reveal the contradictions existing in workers’ education and the reasons for their formation. Analyzes the viewpoints of materialist dialectics and find out the specific ways and methods to solve the problems in order to benefit the smooth development of staff education.
