医学和生物学的放射性同位素示踪研究中,有时需要引入两种不同的放射性同位素的标记物。常在一起使用的是~3H 和~(14)C 两种放射性同位素。由于研究药物在动物体内代谢的需要,我们试验了~3H 和~(14)C 双标记样品的测量。本实验所用测定放射性的仪器是英国 NE8312液体闪烁谱仪。它有三道分析器,并附有外标准源~(137)Cs,可作外标准道比校正。闪烁液分两种:二氧六环体系(每升二氧六环含2,5—二苯基恶唑(即 PPO)7克,1,4—双—[2'-(5'-苯基恶唑)]-苯(即 POPOP)0.3克,萘100克)
Radiological isotope tracing studies in medicine and biology sometimes require the introduction of two different radioisotope labels. Often used together ~ 3H and ~ (14) C two radioactive isotopes.
